No. On ByHomeOwner only sellers are identity-checked; buyers are not. A buyer provides contact details when posting, but we do not verify their identity, email or phone number. Wanted-to-buy ads include budget, timeline, mortgage-in-principle or cash status, and chain position where the buyer chooses to share them. Please do your own checks before sharing personal details or arranging a viewing.
You'll see a live list of buyers whose wishlist overlaps with the location and budget you entered. Open any wishlist for the full requirements, then use 'Contact buyer' to send a message — the buyer is notified by email and in-app.
