When you publish, your listing stays private — not on the marketplace yet, but you get a shareable link for feedback. Verification is free and has two steps: confirm your identity once for your account (ID document and a liveness check), then add one document showing you're entitled to advertise this property (HM Land Registry title, a recent mortgage or council-tax statement, or a power of attorney). We also check the address and your listing details automatically. Clear-cut cases pass automatically; anything unclear is reviewed by our team, usually within one business day. Once both steps pass, your listing goes live with Identity and Authority badges and stays free forever. Your verification lasts 45 days for rentals and 90 days for sales, and we ask you to confirm the property is still available every 21 days.

Developers keep 100% of the unit sale. Verification is free. We charge only for optional boosted visibility and (for agents/developers) subscriptions. That's it.
You'll see exactly which check didn't pass and what to fix — usually a clearer ID photo, an address mismatch, or an ownership document that needs re-uploading. Correct it and resubmit; verification is free, so there is never a resubmission charge, and you can appeal a decision. Until it passes, your listing stays private rather than being deleted.

Owners with 5+ active listings are usually better served by our Agent Solo tier, which is also free and gives you a branded shopfront and lead-routing tools.

You see a preview of each lead (postcode + budget + timeline) and pay only for the ones you claim — £50–£95 for sale leads, £20–£30 for rentals (equivalents in AED / INR). No claim, no charge. Available on Team and Enterprise tiers.
No — every price above swaps to local currency and to figures we've benchmarked against local portals (Property Finder, Bayut, 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com). Use the country picker at the top of any page to switch. The £0 Verified Listing tier stays £0 (AED 0 / ₹0) in every market, and verification is free everywhere; only the boost subscriptions differ.
Yes. Monthly tiers (Owner boosts, Agent Team, Developer Portfolio) cancel with one click from your dashboard and stay active until the end of the current billing month. Downgrading to a free tier keeps your listings live — you just lose the extra exposure and tooling.
